Carl Courtney has 40 years experience of issue and crisis management. His experience has been garnered over this time from membership of several clients’ Crisis Teams where he has advised in one case – for twenty years. This has thrown Carl into the deep end of several high-profile crises over the years from the technical (product recalls caused by contamination in the supply chain) through kidnap and armed robbery (Securitas Tonbridge Robbery 2006) right up to protecting more than one CEO facing corporate manslaughter charges. Carl brings this hands-on experience to his training.
